This is Sabina's grave with all the flowers and toys she got on her funeral.

Bartels&Bakker made the monument for Sabina's grave.
It's a girl sitting on a rose, playing in God's garden. Mommy made the inscription "Gods garden must be beautiful, he always takes the best"
